Fully furnished newly built double bedroom

I have a fully furnished double bedroom which I would like to rent out. We are a quite/small family of 3, me my husband and my 10year old son.

Me and the husband spend most of our day at work and my son goes to school. We are usually home during the weekends and evening. All bills are included, and house is located near excellent transport link, overground (nearest station is Thornton Heath station) and bus’s. I am looking for a quite, female professional who is looking to join our humble home. We have 3 bathrooms and the house/room is a new built, beautifully done with a toilet and shower room right next door. We also have a newly built spacious kitchen.

Nearest hospital is Mayday hospital which is 7-10 minutes walk.

I am looking for someone that does not cook often, is clean, tidy as well as quiet and respectful. Message me via spare room or text message if interested.
