I am hoping to rent out my spare room to a professional who would be looking to stay on a short term basis. The flat is very warm and has all the amenities you would need!
It is close to Croydon University hospital, numerous buses towards Streatham, Brixton, Croydon and Purley. Thornton Heath station and West Croydon are both nearby and can be accessed swiftly by bus.
I am teacher, during the week I am in and out of the flat! I’d like someone who can keep the space tidy, has their own social life but is also open to having a chat if we are both in. Over the next few weeks I will be travelling so there will be opportunity for you to enjoy the space alone on and off.
Ideally I am looking for people who just want short term lets for a few weeks, but I am open to discussing alternative arrangements.
