Double Room (en-suite) - Norbury /TH

I have a double room with En-suite and a kitchen ( studio like ). The room is located on the top floor. The entry to the room is through the main door of the house.
We are looking preferably for a female flatmate.
We do have a pet cat.

We are a small family of 5 (myself, wife, 2 daughters and a son ). We can be fun, sometimes a mad house but we respect eachothers spaces. We are welcoming and having someone outside of the family to live with us would be great. Some people find that weird but we think it's cool. It will also help with those feeling homesick.. kick back and let's something on Netflix with us ! you get the popcorn and I'll get the nachos !
This is on the borders of SW16 ( literally the next road is SW16).
15 mins walking distance to Norbury Station which has has trains to London Bridge and Victoria - 25 mins into the city - I travel daily to London Bridge.
Bus links to Brixton (30 mins), Tooting (30 mins), Streatham (20 mins).
Off London Road where you have a huge variety of restaurants.
There are 2 Gyms in the area, Nuffield and TheGym. We also have a small gym within the house which has weights, punch bag and a professional spin bike ( free to use ).
