Neutral and modern decor, friendly and creative household. The house has four bedrooms; the advert is for one bedroom/reception room with very comfortable sofa bed available Monday - Friday. You would be sharing the house with only two other people most weeks due to my working pattern. House layout -Downstairs: 2 reception rooms separated by folding door, open-plan to kitchen/diner with usual appliances plus dishwasher and washing machine, bathroom with shower and WC, separate WC. Garden with seating. Free parking space plus driveway. Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms.. PLEASE NOTE! I will require 2 references - one from your current landlord and one from your employer/university. Deposit is £450. Rent is payable monthly in advance. Smoking outside only please. Bills are included, no electric heaters permitted. SINGLE OCCUPANT ONLY
