I have a large and a medium double fully furnished bedroom available in a beautifully presented 3 bedroom house with all mod cons, kitchen and bathroom to share.. free wifi. Bills included.

The house is situated in a small village called Tongham, 2 miles to Farnham, 7 to Guildford. With easy access to the A31, A331, A3, M3 and M25. Ash train station is 2 miles away. With local shops a 5 min walk. Ample off street parking and the North downs a stone through away.

Im looking for a professional person for full occupancy. The large double is £850 and the medium double is £750 I would consider a 5 day let. The price would be £700 for the large and £600 for the medium, with a holding deposit and a month’s money upfront. Sorry no students.

You would be sharing with myself, I’m an outgoing friendly person that’s very social yet I also like time to myself. I love the outdoors, gym, travel, reading, healthy food, cooking, gardening and a movie night. Im looking for like minded people. Clean and tidy is a must.
