I’m looking for a reliable professional to rent a double bedroom in my home, as my current lodger will be moving out at the end of the year.

I work shifts in the area, so I stay at the property when I’m on duty and spend my days off with my family in Devon. My rota is 4 days on, 4 days off — so you’ll often have the house to yourself and plenty of peace and privacy.

The house comes part-furnished with all the essentials — sofa, TV, dining table and chairs, and kitchen appliances. You’re very welcome to bring your own items and add personal touches to make it feel like home (with prior agreement).

Located in a great area, the property is around a 20-minute walk from the station, with trains taking approximately 40 minutes into Waterloo. Windsor Great Park is just down the road, and there’s excellent access to the M4, M3, and M25 for easy commuting.
