The 154, 455 & S3 buses stop opposite the house, & the 157 stops at the bottom of the road. Both Wallington & Waddon stations are within walking distance & East Croydon station is a bus ride or cycle ride away.
There is a post office & shop nearby, & Wallington town centre with its various supermarkets, gyms, fast food outlets & pubs is also within walking distance.
The house is currently occupied by 4 professional men ranging in age from mid twenties to late fifties. All housetrained!
The room is offered on a single occupancy basis only. Current tenant recommends.
Communal areas are cleaned fortnightly.
