This double modern room gives plenty of storage with an ottoman bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and large desk with desk draws and shelving.

The living room has a corner sofa ready for watching films and TV, as well as a 6 person dining table and chairs✨

There’s a washer dryer in the kitchen as well as a dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, toaster, Kettle and toastie maker, fridge and freezer. All kitchen utensils are included (plates, glasses, pans etc).

The bathroom has a bath with a shower above.

There’s a covered parking space within the gated area as well as plenty of street parking. The flat is in walking distance to both Wallington station and Hackbridge station (45mins to Victoria Station inc walk to station) and there’s a bus stop right outside the flat, direct to croydon. The walk to Hackbridge station goes through Beddington Park, very idyllic with large open grassland, little streams, rivers and roses. There’s also a lovely pub on the edge which is great for sunny Sundays☀️

Very close to Wallington town centre, where there’s a Lidl and Sainsbury’s as well as multiple charity shops, library and occasional market. We’re also walking distance to Carshalton which has quaint shops and a lovely pond, great for walks.

You’ll be living with me (Ailsa), I’m 24 years old. I’ll be working remotely 2 days of the week. I love a chilled evenings making food and chilling in front of a film as well as going out meeting friends in the evenings or weekends exploring the area.
