My ensuite room is about to become available starting 1st July. You'll be replacing me on the tenancy agreement.

The Property:
The house is absolutely lovely and my house mates are the easiest people to get along with. You'll enjoy your time here and face no hassle at all. You'll share the house with a girl and a guy who just turned 30. Both of them are indian and are very friendly and love going out and exploring places and playing basketball, cooking eating out etc.

The room is a huge double room. Trust me it isn’t easy to find rooms this size in London.
The room comes with:
A wardrobe
A double bed
An ensuite bathroom
You'll also have access to a shared living room and kitchen along with the use of washing machine, hob, oven, and a refrigerator.

All amenities are within a minute's walk from the property.

-Pubs, cafes, parks and restaurants

Bills are not included in the rent. But you can expect to pay about 150 pp (inc. electricity, gas, council tax, water) above the rent.

Please note that actual deposit is £700 because this is replacement on a joint tenancy.

Preference: Indian girl or couple.
