Small double room- plus bills

no time wasters. It’s £650 per month bills included. We will cover council tax, plus will ask for a deposit.. Lovely large single that has a small double bed lot of storage. Friendly house. My self and my brother live here. There’s enough space for 3 adults to live here as it’s a large house and not get in each others way. We have sky tv, you are welcome to watch tv in the front room. We have sky in our bedrooms so that’s not a problem if we wanted to watch different things. I have a small friendly dog, who can be excitable, so someone that likes dogs is a bonus. Very easy going, as long as your’e tidy and clean up after yourself. We have a downstairs toilet and a lovely upstairs bathroom, next door to the room. A garden, a large kitchen and dining room area.
