My wife and I are professionals looking for a clean, considerate and private person to rent a double room. The room is available now.
The room is modern and newly furnished (ottoman double bed with storage, wardrobe and bedside table). You will have access to a large bathroom, garden, kitchen and dining room (for cooking and eating). Ideally we are looking for someone who works full time and does not work from home due to the rising cost of electricity.
Please note that there is no shared living room and guests are not permitted.
The house is a 10 minute walk from Walton town centre and a 5 minute walk from the riverside, where you can find lovely riverside pubs.
