Close to the High Street, Walking Dist to Train

We are a family of 5 (a married couple with 3 children) who have 2 spare rooms that we would like to rent out. This is the advert for the double en-suite, the other is a double but you would be sharing the bathroom. Dinner is included in the price, as well as all utilities. You will have the use of a fridge and you will need to provide your own breakfast and lunch. You will have use of the washing machine, please either hang clothing to dry outside (in the back garden), or in your room. There is a quiet residential road opposite with plenty of space for parking. It's a 20 minute walk to Walton-on-Thames train station. Our house has 2 reception rooms, so you are welcome to watch TV or relax downstairs. Because of the age of our daughters we will not accept men, this is why we are asking only for women. We both work from home. We have had lodgers before and are easy-going and friendly.
