King size room available in rural country cottage

A large front of property king size room has become available in my rural semi-detached country cottage. With views across the fields and valley looking at London in the distance, it's an ideal location for anyone wanting peace and quiet.
There is a large grass garden at the rear of the property which is securely fenced and you are more than welcome to use. I am a keen gardener so spend a lot of my free time out there.
I work from home so have converted the smaller back bedroom into my office, I would be happy to share this space if the tenant also WFH but they would need to provide their own desk, etc.
There is a shared bathroom with bath & shower, toilet, sink, etc.
Large parking area at the front of the property, with space for 3 vehicles and a wireless security camera for peace of mind. The property is down a farm drive, off a main road with a gate which is locked at dusk for security (tenant will be given the code).
I travel a lot for work so I'm looking to share my home with a tidy, reliable and professional person.
This property would not suit someone who doesn't drive as there is no local public transport nearby, all though there is a footpath which takes you along the main road into the village.
