Im a 28 year old professional working in London and am looking for someone friendly, clean and easy-going to rent my sunny spare double room!
The flat is bright with a spacious living room with big floor to ceiling windows, lovely new kitchen and a separate bathroom. We have a bath with a shower, TV with Netflix and all the usual amenities!
The flat is a 5 minutes walk from West Byfleet station and local shops. The train runs to Waterloo in just over 30 minutes. It is a fantastic village with everything you need. You will be close to Woking town as well.
I work in London for an interior company Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays.
