The house is recently refurbished and gorgeous with a front and back garden! The room available is Bedroom 2 in the photo and is 8’6 x 7’7 and you would be sharing a bathroom with one other. It has a shower and a bath.
The deposit is £750 and then flat rent is £585 without bills. With bills, it’s around £780 in total per month.
Our current roommate has moved out but will still be paying rent until July unless someone moves in earlier. Therefore, you may move in immediately or all the way up until July if that is the time that you would need. We would then be looking to sign another year lease starting in July.
