Hi there

I have a 2 bedroom flat in West Croydon. Its a top floor flat with a communal roof terrace (absolute sun trap) and a private balcony. The flat has a kitchen, front room, bathroom, 2 double bedrooms and an area with a dining table and chairs.
The flat is fully furnished.

In the front room:- 49 inch ultra hd tv, sky Q with 388 channels, 1100 box sets, music etc. there is also super fast broadband. There is also a coffee table, a nest of tables and a book shelf
In the kitchen:- fridge freezer, oven, has hobs, washer/ dryer, plates, bowls, cutlery, utensils, pots/ pans, microwave, ice cream machine, hand blender etc.
In the bathroom:- bath, shower, basin, toilet,
Bedroom 2:- larger double bedroom, chest of draws, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, under bed storage
Dining area:- table and 4 chairs, book shelf

There is also gas central heating but to be honest it’s such a new flat that I have only used the heating a handful of times. I also have an air con unit there for the summer months

The flat is a 5 minute walk from West Croydon station and tram stop, 7 minute walk to the town, 10 minute walk to east Croydon station.
It takes 16 minutes to get to London Bridge by train, 19 minutes to get to London Victoria and 19 minutes to get to Gatwick. It also takes around 15 minutes to get to the M23/M25 It really has got exceptional transport links here.
