A comfortable double bedroom in a modern 2 bedroom apartment is available for rent. The room in this purpose built block is adjacent to the main bathroom. The flat will be shared with one other person (not the landlord!).

The space contains a double bed, 2 bedside lockers and has a 3 door freestanding wardrobe. The bathroom itself has plenty of room, along with plenty of internal storage space.

The kitchen has plenty of space and has an electric induction hob for cooking. On site there is a 24 hour concierge service so deliveries etc. can be received here. The flat is on the second floor and there is a well landscaped private roof terrace on top of the building solely for the use of the block's tenants. There is also a reasonably sized balcony off the living room in the flat itself. Being a tenant in this development also allows one free access to the on-site gym which is arranged through the concierge team. There is also a small Tesco a stone's throw away.

While broadband is included in the monthly rent, unless agreed otherwise, both tenants will be responsible for all other bills including council tax which is in Band E.

West Croydon is the closest station, however, East Croydon is a 6 minute walk and it takes circa 15 minutes to get into the City by train. London Bridge, London Victoria and Gatwick Airport are 15 minutes away by train. Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and Kings Cross St. Pancras are a few more minutes.
