Self Contained Annexe for Monday to Friday rental

We have a self contained annexe with its own private entrance available now, for a Monday to Friday rental only, no weekends. If you don't want to share and like your own space then our annexe will be ideal for you.
The annexe consists of entrance doorway into a double room which has a double bed, wardrobe, table and two chairs, television on the wall and a mini kitchenette with storage cupboards, sink and draining board, microwave, kettle, toaster and mini fridge. There is another door into a shower room which consists of a shower cubicle with electric shower, a toilet and hand basin. We are a ten minute drive from Hampton Court Station or Hersham Station. Nearby attractions include the River Thames and Hampton Court Palace and for shopping there is Kingston Upon Thames. The annexe is available for £625 per month with a £300 deposit. We are looking for a non-smoking professional person preferred. Please only apply if you fill the above criteria.
