Room will include a regular change of bedlinen and towels, High speed Wi Fi,. Use of garden, dining, living room and conservatory . Two mins to bus stop to Hampton Court Station, (bus cost £2) for trains into Waterloo. Buses to Kingston 20 mins by bus. Own off street parking. Easy access to Heathrow M25 ~ M3 ~ A3 . I am looking for a warm, friendly responsible business person, who is working away from home . Who needs the room from Monday to Friday.

A review from previous renter: "I rented the room for about 4 months. Sunny, Neil and little Theo are very nice and helpful. The room is very good and no issues at all with noise. Although the bathroom is outside (next) to the room it was used only by me. The bungalow is very nice and well decorated, the kitchen has everything you need. Car park on the driveway excellent."
