Safe & secure executive apartment

One good sized double bedroom with built in wardrobe across the hall from mostly private bathroom. This bathroom will need to be shared with me when I am staying but this will be less than 4 days per month on average. Separate shower and bath.

Previously this 3 bedroom apartment in Weybridge was let out at £2,250 pcm however going forward I wish to retain the smallest double room as an occasional room for myself and my belongings as I am abroad the vast majority of the time. I live and work in the Channel Islands with frequent extended visits to Europe; South Africa and the Middle East.

The flat is furnished and newly redecorated throughout.
There are two underground secure car parking spaces available at £50 pcm each along with an secure heated storage cage for larger items or suitcases. I would be willing to share my UK car for occasional local trips etc for a nominal contribution to cover the additional insurance costs etc and to keep my battery from going flat!

I am looking for a well educated professional who enjoys intelligent conversations and can keep the place clean and in good order and is generally considerate. If you leave your breakfast dishes in the sink all day until you return from work then this place isn't for you. It's an easy going flat but cleanliness and respect for others is paramount. I will always give plenty of notice when I return from abroad but after a 12 hour flight from South Africa I do not want to be dealing with a messy bathroom. As mentioned previously I am in the apartment less than 4 days per month on average. The other flat mate is a professional female who has the ensuite bedroom.

All bills are included with the exception of cleaning - which will range between £30pcm and £50pcm This is negotiable if the flat and particulrly the bathroom/kitchen is kept clean.

The location of the apartment is excellent. You can walk to the high street in under 10 minutes through the well lit park that has tennis courts etc. The nearest Sainsbury's is 5 minutes walk and the train station is less than 10 minutes walk away. Very quiet, secure and mature building. Lovely gardens etc.
