Lovely spacious fully furnished double room in 3 bed duplex apartment just off Weybridge High Street.

Shared Bathroom (with 1 other - Male), Kitchen & Living Room (overlooking Weybridge High Street). Bills including SKY WiFi & TV included.

The room has two large double sliding door mirror wardrobes, plus a matching shelf unit also with a mirrored door. There is a large desk/dressing table with chair, draw units and small work lamp. A 4' 6" double bed with 2 x bedside table's and lamps. There is also an armchair available if required (but not in the room at the moment). There is one large window overlooking rooftops. There is a large Flat-screen TV is internet connected (although not connected to the Sky TV package, or terrestrial TV).

This is a flat share with my daughter (27) and another professional male tenant (25).

Full use of the Living Room, Kitchen and shared bathroom is offered and all bills are included.

I am looking for someone that will 'fit' with both my daughter and the existing tenant, who only recently moved in. Someone that will enjoy the convenience of this wonderfully located apartment, which is 15 mins to Weybridge Station and 5 mins to the Wey Navigation Canal, leading to the River Thames.
