Hi! I'm a 30 year old guy looking for a new flatmate from 1st April.
The flat is a very light and airy penthouse on St George's Avenue with two balconies (one of which is attached to the bedroom) and one shared bathroom with the most amazing freestanding bath!
The units in the kitchen are high quality and include an induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.
This place soooooo fancy, it even has chandeliers!
I also have a BBQ on the balcony and plenty of seating for guests. If you have things to store outdoors, there is a shared shed on the bottom floor and a bit of storage on the balcony.
A private parking space is included.
While I do work long hours, I'm an extravert at heart so happy to socialise! I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy and fun to chat with.
Weybridge has a pretty town centre with shops, cafes, and pubs with a friendly and safe community. There is access to the River Wey and River Thames which is great of you like paddleboarding, wild swimming, kayaking, or just a nice spot to relax in the summer.
Weybridge Station: 15 mins walk
Queens Road shops: 4 mins walk
