I have a double room available in my flat to rent out for a solo professional from Mondays - Fridays only.

The flat is in a securely gated development within walking distance to Weybridge station, which has a fast and regular service to London Waterloo.

Within the room is a large fitted wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk with a chair, a big mirror and a double bed with a new mattress. There is a large double glazed window which overlooks a communal garden. The bathroom has had a new shower fitted and a fresh coat of paint with a sink and a toilet for you to exclusively use. (I have an en-suite.)

I have wi-fi, a spare car parking space and all the other amenities you would expect to find in a home. You’re welcome to use all the kitchen facilities and equipment and there is space in the cupboards, fridge and freezer for you to use.

It is available to rent now.
