Hi! We are Sam & Evie, looking to share our home.

The house is perfect for commuting with a short walk (300 Metres) to Upper Warlingham and Whyteleafe Station which is the Thameslink line (East Grinstead-Bedford, via Blackfriars), & Southern line (London Victoria - East Grinstead) (Caterham - Victoria/London bridge). These all take between 30-35min.
It's also 5 minutes drive to J6 M25.

The Local amenities are all within 300 Metres include: Pub, Micro Pub, Restaurants GP, Pharmacy, Post Office, Londis & Petrol Station
There is a large kitchen with the usual appliances, A large living & dining room. The bedroom being let is 3.5m x 2.7m. It is currently furnished with a double bed, chest of draws, wardrobe and desk and chair.
The bathroom has both a bath & separate shower would mainly be used by you, as we have our own en-suite.

There is a large 3 tiered garden with the sun shining all day perfect for the BBQs.
There is of street parking to the rear of the garden.

WiFi and Bills are included in the price. The living room TV has Netflix, Prime video & Now TV and Disney.

If your into hiking and nature there are some stunning walks from here through Ancient woodlands, valleys and stunning nature through to Farthing Downs. Which is rare to have within the M25 and has help me during the COVID-19 Lockdown.
We both work work in London, within Construction & Aesthetics. We are both into sports, fitness, traveling, music & festivals. Please note we do have a cat so it is important you like animals.
Our home is a chilled place. We are looking to find a like minded person share our home with.
