Very short walking distances from Whyteleafe (0.2 miles) and Upper Warlingham (0.3 miles) Railway stations with easy links to central London and only 11.7 miles from Gatwick airport.

We are a family of four and a small dog with a large, clean and spacious home. The available room includes all bills, including high speed broadband.

You would have almost exclusive use of the downstairs toilet and shower room as the family would mainly use their own bathroom and shared use of a freshly fitted top of the range kitchen..

We are looking for quiet, non-smoking professionals and we are open to all short term lets, as well as Monday-Friday letting arrangements, for which we would offer a discount - please enquire.

Off street parking is also available for your car in our driveway.
