FREE Rent for help with school run & childcare

My boys

Would you be interested in FREE accommodation near Sunningdale/Woking & Royal Holloway Uni, all bills included & an all-you-can-eat fridge? All on offer in exchange for some childcare.

Here’s the deal:
- I’m a 42yo mum of two boys (5yrs & 8yrs).
- My husband & I need a bit of help as we both work full-time.
- Both boys are at school full-time 8am – 5.30pm. It’s outside these times I mostly need help a few days a week, picking-up, dropping-off, bit of evening babysitting, help on inset days etc (Under 15hrs a week)
- You’d have your own floor of our house (the top floor a large bedroom) and pretty much a bathroom to yourself.
- Large house with big garden (5 bed, 4 bath, 2 sitting rooms)
- Netflix, internet & all bills included.
- Looking for someone to join us from Easter 2026 (but we’re flexible for the right person)
- Needs someone who drives & has own car (we’ll provide kids booster seats)
- We have a pint-sized dog - so we're after someone who won't mind a small dog in the house, letting them out, maybe even taking them for a walk if you wanted to (totally optional). She’s not yappy & does not go upstairs.
- We’re super relaxed & easy going.
- We totally expect you to have a life/job outside our home.

Meet those who’ve lived with us before… we’ve had 5 professionals / mature students live with us under this arrangement over the last c.8 years. One even came back to live with us for another year, after initially moving out to live in London. They'll happily meet/chat to you etc. They are each now very much extended members of our family and often still come visit us.
