We’re looking for young professionals to stay in a peaceful house share in a quiet bit of Woking within walking distance of the town centre. The house has recently been redecorated in the rooms and it has a new shared bathroom.

The house has two Ensuite rooms and three that share the bathroom upstairs.

We have a large double kitchen with two hobs, ovens, washing machines, fridge freezers, sinks etc. There is a microwave and dishwasher and the usual.

There are two large sheds at the bottom of the garden which are both lockable can be used for storing bikes if required. It’s only a very short 10 minute cycle to the town centre or a 20-25 minute walk depending on which route you take.

There is virgin wifi & a large flat screen in the living room with Netflix. Each room also has its own TV which is connected to the internet and Netflix.

There is a large private garden which is beautiful in the summer.

There is parking outside the front of the house and on the driveway.

We have a cleaner that comes once a week and cleans the communal areas. The cleaner will also clean your room once a week including washing sheets for £25/week.

The location:
The house is about 20-25 mins walk to the town centre depending on the route you take. It used to take me about 10 minute to cycle the scenic route along the Hoe Stream to the town centre. located within 3 mins walk of the nearest bus stop, and the bus takes about 10 mins as well.

We’re also about 12 minutes drive from Mclaren if you’re working there.

It’s a short walk two the Woking leisure centre and swimming pool and there is also the Hoe Valley School gym both within 5 minutes walk.
