In the building is a grocery store, Dominoes pizza and Chinese restaurant. Woking downtown shopping district and entertainment centre is less than 5 minutes walk.

The flat is on the Top Floor (2nd floor location). Parquet flooring greats you in the entrance hall. The bathroom is large and spacious. The bedroom has wall to wall hard wood flooring.
High-speed internet is included OR there is good internet speed on via the public BT access point.
