Attention: New price. The most important thing is we find the right person. Is it you?
How would you like to live in one of the most beautiful settings in all of Woking? Walk through the gates and you may find nestled among the woodlands, gardens, and historic buildings a room which perfectly suits your needs.. Next to the tennis courts, barbeque and enchanting bike shed (it has to be seen to be believed) is a house dedicated to providing a once in a lifetime living experience for young professionals.
If you are thoughtful towards others, motivated, friendly, clean(ish), and honest then this house could be your home..
Location: Oldfield Wood is a fast 15 minute walk to the Woking station and 12 minute bike ride to the McLaren. Mother ship.
The Housemates and Neighbours: More than the amazing surroundings, the people who call Oldfield Wood their home are what make it special. You will find housemates and neighbours who are passionate about their jobs, enjoy healthy socializing, and usually are keen to stay fit. You could be part of this friendly, dedicated "tribe" who love calling Oldfield Wood their home .
Available Room: With double wall facing windows this 13' by 9', room is fresh and light year round. A private 8’ entry hallway which hosts a built in wardrobe is a feature in this special bedroom. There are 5 desks in the house, but the desk in this room is considered the best as it’s big and has a great view.
Downstairs Is the heart of the home. An open plan kitchen and living room combine to make the perfect work/social area. The kitchen has all the modern cons, a couple of fridges, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The breakfast bar is the focal point of the house, great for working during the day, sharing meals in the evening, Saturday morning board games and regular neighbourhood get togethers,
The living room, has a super compfy sofa, a library, two desks dinning table, Netflix, Amazon Prime. WIFi is the fastest Virgin offers. The room lives up to its name.
Housemates:
All the housemates at Oldfield Wood are hand picked to ensure the atmosphere in the house remains, friendly, fun, and professional. Participating in the community of Oldfield Wood pretty much goes with the territory. (See photo.. again)
Landlady: The landlady lives in part of the year. Her daughter, a professional beach volleyballer, is here on and off during the summer. When not in the UK the landlady lives in California. Most housemates make it out to her home at least once during their tenancy. It is a good gig.
Bills: All water and power bills are included. WiFi, grounds, housekeeping (while land is in residence) homeowners fees, and security are also all included.
Final note:
Sorry, no Tuesday to Thursday warriors. or couples. We are looking for people who want to contribute to making everyone's time at Oldfield Wood years they will never forget and always cherish.
