-A shared kitchen , dining room , utility room and a garden, a suitable place to store a bicycle , access to shared broadband, a washing machine , microwave, oven, Kettle , Toaster , freezer and fridge.

-Only share the bathroom with one other.

-There is parking on the drive for 2 cars and plenty of off-street parking. There is secure bike storage.

- I am looking for a person who is clean , caring , tidy and professional person who works office hours from Monday to Friday . ( Not a shift worker , not night worker and not part time worker, No work from home and no couples please. )

-All Bills included.

-Non-smoker only.

-No pet

The house is very clean & tidy , and I would like to find someone who can clean the room at least every two weeks. I care about and respect people, so I would like to find someone who does the same.
