A small double room for rent

I’m renting out a cosy, furnished single room in my home, just a 5-minute walk from Woking train station, with direct trains to London Waterloo (around 30 minutes) and Guildford.

The rent is £720 per month, all bills included — that covers Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, water, and council tax.

You’ll have access to a shared kitchen and two shared bathroom, both kept clean and tidy.

The room comes furnished, but if you’d prefer to bring your own furniture, you’re more than welcome to. Also, if you do own a car there is off street parking which you’d have to apply for a permit.

I live in the property myself, and it’s mainly a female household, so I’d personally prefer to rent to another woman — though I’m open to a respectful male tenant as well.

I’m looking for a professional tenant who’s clean, tidy, and considerate.
Please note: no smoking or heavy drinking, and I’d prefer someone who values a calm, homely environment.

A reference will be required before moving in.

It’s a great spot for someone working locally or commuting into London who’s after a quiet, comfortable, and well-looked-after place to live.
