The first double room on offer is top floor adjacent to the bathroom and has built in wardrobe. You will share the bathroom with one other room. The second double room is ground floor next to kitchen and close to the shower room.
There is a sitting room on the first floor (and a bedroom) with TV and virgin media tv, and high speed fibre broadband, all included.
The ground floor is a well equipped kitchen with all crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a dining area
There is a parking space that belongs to the house, but is not available for exclusive use of any tenant.
Gas, Electricity, broadband, water rates and council tax are all included in the rent of £675 per month as well as the twice monthly cleaner (once lockdown cleared) who helps maintain the house.
The rooms are for sole occupancy. Occasional visitors are fine.
The lease is for the room and has shared access of the communal spaces, and each tenant accepts a joint responsibility to keep these clean and tidy
