I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and trustworthy tenant to share my flat in Walton Court, which is only a 10 minute walk to Woking train station; perfect for a commuter or anyone looking to get around Surrey or into London easily. The nearest supermarket is also a convenient 5 minute walk around the corner.

The bedroom on offer is 3.1 x 3.3 metres with additional wardrobe space sunk into the wall (you decide if that’s spacious!), has south facing windows and is furnished as shown in the photos (some furniture can be put into storage to free up space if required).

The rest of the flat includes a compact but functional bathroom with a nice, powerful shower, a separate toilet, a balcony (good for reading in the summer months!), a large kitchen and a well-furnished lounge with a dining area. I also have a garage on the ground floor which can be used to store a bike if you have one.
All bills are covered in the monthly rent and this includes access to Virgin superfast broadband and Netflix.

Additional notes:

There is a shared parking area but no dedicated parking available.

I’d prefer to share with a friendly and sociable person rather than someone who keeps to themselves most of the time.
