In family home, a ground floor ensuite single bedroom is available. Use of kitchen with space in fridge , freezer and larder if required. We have 1 dog, not allowed in the rented room (unless you choose otherwise) doesn't lose his fur, so should not affect anyone with an allergy.
Ideally the tenant should be a professional and out all day.
