The property is located in a quiet residential area 5 minutes walk from Worcester Park station (zone 4) with quick links to London Waterloo (28 mins) and Central London. The property is 5 mins walk from Worcester Park High Street which includes a large Waitrose, Pizza Express and coffee shops.

The studio is available furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair. All appliances will be provided on occupancy. A regular clean is also included in the rent.

You will have your own kitchen and Bathroom with a double bedroom. This part of the property was recently refurbished and is available furnished. We also have a washing machine and dryer which will be shared. The person will need to be clean and tidy. We also have space for another car on the driveway.

The property is available at £900 for one person. All bills are included.

We are looking for a professional or student and trustworthy male or female to share our home with. My husband and I both work full time in London.

We will require proof of ID, proof of employment, proof of address and previous landlord reference.
