We are 2 male and 1 female friends in our late 20s who work in film, a chef, and a teacher.
We like to enjoy social activity with each other in and out of the house, be it, playing games, listening to music, playing sports or visiting pubs/restaurants.

Our house is a spacious 4 bedroom house in a residential development.

The bedroom comes semi furnished, with lovely views of the local Hamptons town hall clock. It is on the 1st floor of a 3 storey house and benefits from 2 large fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom.

There is a large living area with large attached balcony, large television and recliner sofas.
There is a shared kitchen, garden, balcony, downstairs toilet and garage. There will be no parking available, although, there is use of some free parking spots on the residential roads in the surrounding areas.

This is a family orientated area, with large grounds with the use of tennis courts and a gym, many running routes, sitting areas with fountains, playgrounds and also local stables and wetlands.

The local train station (Worcester Park) is a 15 minute walk, with many bus routes available nearby too. Worcester park high street has many options for eating out, with a Nandos, pizza express, and three pubs. There is a local Waitrose, Sainsburys, Iceland and also many local independent shops for groceries.

We are looking for a house mate who is social and likes to enjoy the leisurely things we like to partake in.
