Newly Decorated Room Worcester park/Morden

I’m Amy! My boyfriend and I are looking to rent A double room in our gorgeous newly decorated home.

Our home is on a very quiet street down the end of a cul de sac. We have a lovely spacious home. There are a total of 3 of us living here, so it will be 4 with you!

We have recently just redecorated the whole house all rooms are freshly painted with brand new carpets too. We have 2 bathrooms upstairs one with a roll top bath. We also have a lovely big south facing garden which gets sun all day until about 7pm.

We are happy for the room to be taken unfurnished or furnished, just let us know your preference :) although it does currently have furniture with a brand new bed and mattress.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, clean and respectful of our home and space. Ideally a female to balance our home to 2 females 2 males. No couples please.

We are also happy to consider Monday- Friday tenants or part time.

We have a large kitchen, sofa and dining area which is communal space.

Parking is free on the street all day outside the house too.
The nearest bus stop is about 5 minute walk away which takes you to Morden underground northern line in about 10 minutes or you can walk to Worcester Park station in approx 15-20 minutes. Worcester Park station also has free parking on the local streets near by.
The highstreet is a 10 minute walk away which has everything you need, large waitrose, sainsbury's, boots, superdrug etc.
