The bedroom is available from July 2023 for a short let and comes with a double bed with storage drawers underneath, a bedside table with lamp and a large wardrobe. You will share a bathroom with one other female house mate who has been renting the other bedroom for 3 years. My husband and I have our own bedroom and bathroom on the top floor.

The ground floor has a contemporary new fully fitted kitchen with washer & dryer, dishwasher, a large fridge freezer, induction hob, oven and separate microwave.

There is also a garden to the back of the house and a garage, which we all use for storage.

We are a 10 minute walk from Worcester Park train station (30 mins to Waterloo) and the main high-street which offers a wide selection of amenities including a Sainsbury's local, Iceland, Waitrose, Poundland, Nando's, Starbucks, Pubs, Bars and plenty of nice restaurants.

Both Gatwick and Heathrow airports are 45 minutes by car.

We are a clean and tidy household of sociable and respectful people who enjoy sharing dinners together as well as having our own space.

We also share the cost of a cleaner who comes twice a month, the cost is INCLUDED!
