There is a double bedrooms available in Worcester Park. The area is well connected by trains to Central London and the South West.

Rent includes all bills which includes council tax, water, electric, gas, Netflix and super fast internet.

Deposit is 1 months rent.

The room can be furnished with double bed or unfurnished. Wardrobes are fixed so cannot be removed.

There is a large, shared garden (south facing) and a greenhouse for anyone to use.

Free on street parking outside of the house which is outside of the ULEZ zone with easy access to the A3.

Walking distance to two train stations (Zone 4) = Malden Manor and Worcester Park. Both stations have regular trains to Waterloo. The trainline is well connected with stops at Motspur Park, Raynes Park, Wimbledon, Earlsfield, Clapham Junction, Vauxhall, and Waterloo.

There are restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, gym, supermarkets all within close proximity of the house.

Open to short term or long term lets.

There is a little Maltese x shitzu x cavalier in the house - super friendly and loves a cuddle and playing with the ball. Would consider dogs only as long as Benji and the pet could get along!
