There is a lovely modern bathroom with separate walk in shower, shared with only one other. The kitchen diner is also a fantastic area for cooking and eating meals. Ample on street free parking . Local Supermarkets include, Waitrose, Sainsburys and lots of local amenities on the High street which is 5 mins walking distance. and Worcester Park train station is only a 8 minute walk. The train is 28 minutes direct to Waterloo and also stops at the following stations including Raynes Park, Wimbledon, Earslfield, Clapham Junction, Vauxhall. There are also buses into Kingston or Sutton (excellent shopping and loads to do near the river: restaurants, park/ river walks, cinema, pubs etc.) We are looking to share with , a working professional person ONLY.
