The property is located in a quiet residential area 5 minutes walk from Worcester Park station (zone 4) with quick links to London Waterloo (28 mins) and Central London. The property is 5 mins walk from Worcester Park High Street which includes a large Waitrose, Pizza Express, Major banks and coffee shops.

All Bills included and we have a Virgin fibre broadband connection. Fortnightly bathroom and communal clean is included in the rent.
The room is available furnished including a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

The Kitchen will be shared. There is a separate bathroom on the ground floor. The Kitchen comes with a hob, oven and an American fridge freezer. We also have a washing machine and dryer. The person needs to be clean and tidy. We also have space for another car on the driveway.

We are looking for a trustworthy female professional or full time student to share our home with. My husband and I both work full time in London.

We will require proof of ID, proof of employment, proof of address and previous landlord reference.
