(This flatlet does not have its own separate entrance and is accessed through the front door and hallway of the house ) . Kingswood Creek is set behind electric gates in a beautiful green location down a private lane . The garden backs onto the river Thames . The house is stylish and cosy and very clean and tidy , it was originally 2 letting rooms but since covid has been made into one space solely for the use of the lodger with a private bathroom , roomy lounge with kitchenette area suitable for light cooking activities . 2 seater sofa 2 dining chairs , dining table , 40 inch tv with chromecast , internet, private riverside balcony and a SEPARATE double bedroom with double bed wardrobe and desk with connecting balcony .
SINGLE occupancy only for a working professional , maximum 1 day working from home , No students or couples, Shared use of the utility room with kitchen sink , washing machine and extra cooking facilities . Shared entrance through the front door and hallway . Parking for 1 average size car on the private driveway.
Use of the garden
The house is occupied by myself and a male lodger in the garden room . The flatlet allows the lodger thier own very comfortable private space within the house.
The ideal lodger would be a responsible Professional in full time work , enjoy a quiet life , be clean and tidy , have minimal possessions ( limited storage) and be mindful of energy usage . The flatlet is SOLELY for the use of the lodger with single occupancy at all times ideally working normal daytime hours . Would suit someone working on location . Alternatively could be a Monday to Friday let ( 4 nights per week ) for £800 pcm .
