Looking for flatmate

Hi! I'm Alba and I'm looking for a flatmate. I'm 35, I don't smoke and I live a pretty chill life!

I've been living in this house for three years and I really love it here. My friend is moving out and I'm looking for someone to rent with.

The available room is the largest bedroom in the house (14x12.5 ft) and it also has a built in wardrobe. The room is unfurnished but my friend will probably leave some of her furniture here if you need it.

It's a lovely semi-detached house with a garden on a quiet area.

There's a big Asda in walking distance and you can get to Newcastle in 30 minutes by bus or car.

The landlord is very nice, and the process would be handle by the letting agency.

Rent is 300£ per month per person, and around 250£ in bills per person, more or less. Bills are not included, but that's what we've been paying on average.
