2 bed upper floor flat of semi-detached property in Fawdon, Gosforth. Fawdon metro station is a 1 minute walk away. 15mins journey to get to Newcastle centre on the metro and Gosforth High Street is a short walk away and easily accessible by bus. There is a convenience store and supermarket less than a minute walk and other supermarkets within walking distance.

Parking space available, plus plenty of on street parking for guests.

Flat consists of entrance hallway, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchen, large living room and dining room. There is an outside space at the front of the property and a shared yard at the rear with two sheds where items can be stored if required.

I’m a 36 year old NHS professional, often working long hours. I try to keep the place tidy and presentable so would like the same from a potential flatmate.

6 month agreement initially for the potential for longer term.
