This room is ideal for a single professional lodger. We are close 2 min to local amenities, as well as the bus stop into Newcastle city which is only a 10min ride. The house has a gated locked front access so no entry to none guests and a rear courtyard completely enclosed area it’s a traditional large semi with double bed in the room and 2 wc and basin bathrooms. One with shower and bath upstairs.
I will not be there a lot of the time and I am looking for room mates that like peace and quiet and are not the type to bring guests constantly for parties.
