Available now, a lovely upstairs double room. Beautiful shared house in a peaceful cul-de-sac off the West Road in Fenham. Sharing with two professional men.

Large upstairs room with garden view. Fully furnished with an oak divan storage bed, single wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. Exposed brickwork detailing. Bright and airy space.

Bills included are heating (reasonable usage), water, electricity and fibre Virgin WiFi/Broadband. First and last months rent must be paid in advance of moving in.

Must be comfortable with dogs as Lenny the Lurcher may visit from time to time with me (see pictures).

Professional or student considered for any length of tenancy. Landlord lives in but rarely stays overnight, house is shared with me and one other tidy and friendly professional. Shared bathroom with shower and bath, shared living space and large kitchen with dishwasher.

Regular buses to centre of town take 10 minutes from the end of the street. Local shops in easy walking distance. No smoking inside the house, but if you smoke you're welcome to do so outside.
