Two high quality double furnished rooms available in a large, friendly house share in Lynwood Terrace, Arthur's Hill. The existing tenants are either postgraduate students or young professionals and this sort of person would fit in best. The minimum age is 24 and references are required. Sorry, no couples or DSS.

References are required. A deposit is also required but is fully protected. The tenancy is for a minimum of one year -- no short term lets. All bills (including council tax and broadband are included)

There is a separate living room and kitchen plus two toilets/shower rooms. The street is 28 minutes' walk from Central Station and convenient for public transport on the Westgate Road. The rooms will be vacated between 10th October and 25th October 2022.

I will be showing the rooms personally from the evening of Monday 10th October until the afternoon of Wednesday 12th October so contact me if you wish to arrange a viewing time on one of these dates. In the meantime, I can send photographs and a video of the house and rooms. It may be possible to arrange an earlier viewing, but this will depend on the availability of the existing tenant.
