I live in a 4-bedroom semi-detached house 🏘️ with my dog 🐩, Chester.
There are 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and a front and back garden. Lockable bedroom doors
We live in a safe family neighbourhood in the NE12 Forest Hall area, where children can play safely.
Public transport is accessible. You can catch the 355 and 38 to Newcastle &356 to Whitley Bay bus from
around the corner of the house, and it takes 25 minutes to get to Newcastle city centre.
There is also the 63 bus, which takes 6 minutes to reach the stop to catch it. Finally, the Palmersville metro station is a 10-minute walk from the house 🏠. All listed transport is regular and arrives on time.

We have a corner shop outside the house. Forest Hall shops are a 15-minute walk; there is also the Killingworth shopping centre and the Asda superstore in Benton.
As for fun places, we are close to the coast, 10 minutes by metro and 30 minutes walk to Rising Sun County Park and Wagon Way in Killingworth.
I have off-street parking.
