King Size Room within a beautiful home

Hi!

I’m Helen! I live in a quiet estate within Gateshead. My house is a two bed semi- detached which has recently been refurbished. It has a shared living area with a large tv (with Sky), two settees and a dining table. My kitchen is very light, with all the amenities required! There is a back garden, a garage (if you require any additional storage), a drive and two parking spaces. The bathroom is upstairs and is shared. It has a bath and a shower.

The room available has a king size, divan bed (with two storage drawers), a built in cupboard and fully mirrored wardrobes (from Next Home). All of the rooms within my home have recently been decorated. This room has white walls and a light purple wall behind the bed. The carpet is new alongside a rug. There is a floor lamp (from Next Home) in the corner too!

I have a (almost) 5 years old ragdoll cat. He is beautiful and very, very friendly. He has a very lovely nature and loves attention!

I live about a 15 minute walk from the local metro station, there is a bus stop just outside my house and a pub at the bottom of my estate!

I love my home and looking for someone who will also love it, keep it clean and tidy and is good company! I am very much into running and keeping fit and healthy. I enjoy being outdoors and I love to travel! Alongside this, I love socialising and having a laugh!
