The building is situated on Gateshead Quayside, just next to the Hilton.
Two minute walk away from all local amenities. (shops, bus & metro station, supermarkets)
Close to the Sage Gateshead.
10 Minute walk away from Newcastle Central Station and City Centre.

BUILDING
The building contains 3 double bedrooms. 1 of those will be available from December.

There are two bathrooms. One is an en-suite, currently being used by myself (landlord). The other bathroom is available to be shared between occupants who rent the 2 rooms.
The apartment is spread across two floors.

BOTTOM FLOOR
There is an open lounge/dining area, leaving quite a spacious feel to the flat and kitchen area. Fully furnished.
The shared bathroom is situated on this floor. It contains a bath with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin. It is a decent size.
There is a small cupboard for storage situated under the stairs.

TOP FLOOR
The top floor contains a mezzanine, which is situated above the open plan lounge. It is being used as a second lounge area. (Also provides good lighting for pics)
There is a decent size office situated in another room on this floor. Comes fully furnished with a desk area.

COSTS
The room will be £150 per week, per person. ALL BILLS INC.
Own bedding & pillows must be provided.
